How it works
Most new officials quit in their first season because they are thrown into games alone. Our mentorship program pairs each candidate with a veteran who attends their early games, reviews film with them and coaches them through the hard conversations with coaches.
By season's end, mentees have a certification roadmap, a documented evaluation record and the confidence to work varsity games — and many stay on with us as paid officials.
